Reservation :
The reservation must be confirmed in writing (mail, fax or e-mail) and must be accompanied by a deposit either mentioning your card number ( urocard, Mastercard or Visa) or by sending a cheque in order of the hotel. The deposit represents one night stay or 25% of your stay in case of a sojourn.

Cancelation :
A cancelation must be confirmed in writing (mail, fax, e-mail). The amount of the deposit shall only be reimbursed if cancelled at least 10 days before the date of arrival (10 euros fee).
In case of cancelation the day of arrival, or no-show, the deposit will not be reimbursed and some is the reason.

Advanced departure :
In case of advanced departure the amount of one night will be counted to compensate.

Availability of the rooms :
Day of arrival, the room is available at 14h.
Day of departure, the room must be liberated before 12h.
