Reservation :
The reservation must be confirmed in writing (mail, fax or e-mail) and must be accompanied by a deposit either mentioning your card number ( urocard, Mastercard or Visa) or by sending a cheque in order of the hotel. The deposit represents one night stay or 25% of your stay in case of a sojourn.

Cancelation :
A cancelation must be confirmed in writing (mail, fax, e-mail). The amount of the deposit shall only be reimbursed if cancelled at least 10 days before the date of arrival.
In case of cancelation the day of arrival, or no-show, the deposit will not be reimbursed and some is the reason.

Advanced departure :
In case of advanced departure the amount of one night will be counted to compensate.

Availability of the rooms :
Day of arrival, the room is available at 14h.
Day of departure, the room must be liberated before 12h.
